time restraints, we decided to make
a mad dash to Cozumel (three days/four nights).
I spent much time on the
Internet looking for a dive operation.
One answered immediately and
recommended you, they could not accommodate
us on two days notice. One
answered while we were in Cozumel and the
others never responded. I'm
sorry I forgot the name of the shop that gave
me your website, but I did
tell Carmen. Called the number on your
website and talked to Carmen, in
Dallas, and she had a reservation emailed to me
within 30 minutes along
with a long personal note. She really did
a great job!
We arrived at 10:30 and had arranged that you
pick us up at our hotel's
dock at 1:00. We were in the "Deep
Blue" in no time! Your guys worked
with us to take us to the most beautiful sites.
I went with my brother
(who has over 300 dives) and my two nephews,
who are new divers, and I
celebrated my 150th dive on our very last dive.
The seven dives we did, in the 30 hours we had
to dive in Cozumel were all
superb. We told my nephews that they will
probably never have seven such
perfect dives in a row ever again in their
lifetime...unless of course
they dive again with Deep Blue. We
especially enjoyed Punta Sur.
Just wanted to thank Carmen, Chris, Matt, and
all the guys on the boats
who could not have done anything to make our
trip more enjoyable. You
guys rock! The dive masters were very
helpful and truly dedicated to
relaxed, enjoyable, safe, and long dives.
What a good fortune to have
found you, just like winning the dive-lottery!!
When I saw how many dive shops were there I was
surprised. Ten times more
than on my last trip. So many cattle
boats, and of all the boats we saw
the entire time, we would have chosen yours to
take us. I can't tell you
how much we appreciated your excellent service
and genuine interest in
making our experience a great one.
