RESERVATION PROCEDURES

Step 1:     Submit a Request for Information. We will reply within 24 hours with detailed information about our operation, schedules, prices, hotel options, etc.  Feel free to request any additional information.

Step 2:      Once you are ready to confirm your reservation, send us an e-mail with your anticipated dive or hotel/dive package.  We will send you an e-mail with request for deposit payment, indicating the amount of the deposit required as follows:

Deposits:
Divers staying in Cozumel, 50% deposit of basic dive or hotel/dive package (not including equipment rentals, marine park fees and special trip premiums) payable in advance, with the balance to be paid in Cozumel at the conclusion of the trip.

Divers or snorkelers visiting Cozumel for one day, either on a cruise ship or from the mainland, will pay $25/person with the balance to be paid upon arrival, prior to diving or snorkeling. 

Note:  We will give you the actual amount of the deposit required. 

Step 3:      Make payment by credit card or check as follows :

Step 4:        You will receive an acknowledgement confirming your reservation, with directions to our shop, and any other relevant information. 

Step 5:        We'll see you in Paradise! 

Cancellation Policy

Diving only -  3 days cancellation notice prior to your arrival for a full refund.

 

Hotel/Dive Packages - 2 weeks cancellation notice prior to your arrival for a full refund. 

Single day no show’s charged at $68/divers and $45/snorkelers. 

Cancellations due to bad weather are fully refundable.
